Returns

The products sold by Just4You Inc. are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns. The costs associated with returning items to Just4You Inc will solely be the responsibility of the customer.

However, if the printed items are defective due to the printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a refund.

You should inspect all products as soon as you get your order. If any product is defective or appears to have been damaged during shipping, you may contact our Support team for help in resolving the issue by email at info@just4youprints.comor phone at 951.846.3500 Include your order number, contact information and proof of the defects/damage. Issues must be raised within 14 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you choose to return any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your email regarding issues with your order, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your request for refund. We may contact you to clarify the issues raised with your order.

If a return is approved, Just4You Inc. may reprint the order at no additional cost to the customer rather than issuing a refund or If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 30 days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

In the case of a return or refund, we reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.
